	Site Policies Shipping and Return Policies Orders: Order processing is usually done within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping: We provide free shipping to destinations within the United States. Your system will be sent either through the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS Ground). For all other destinations, we ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Your system will be shipped either Global Priority Mail or Global Express, depending upon country of destination. Due to possible customs delays, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for normal delivery, although arrival time is usually much faster. Express international shipping is usually 5-7 business days, but may also be subject to customs delays. Return Policy: We offer a 30 day return guarantee against defective systems, and will repair or replace any components or systems. Please call or email before making any returns for a "Return Authorization" number. Refund Policy: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For further information please contact info@avs-devices.com Important: When returning the product you must include a copy of your original receipt. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package and on the copy of your receipt. Make sure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during shipment. Send only via services where proof of delivery can be established such as UPS, FedEx, etc., or request proof of delivery via US or international Postal Systems. We are not responsible for items lost during shipment back to us. The product must be returned with all components and accompanying literature and be in undamaged condition. Any damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect, or if it is returned with missing parts will void this guarantee. Outbound and inbound shipping charges are borne at the user’s expense and are not refundable. Most claim are handled immediately upon receipt. For further information please contact info@avs-devices.com Out of Warranty Repairs for the Synaptic Stimulus Trainer only: Your Synaptic Stimulus Trainer (SST) System is warrantied for 1 year. Repairs needed to glasses or the device may be repaired for $45.00 plus return shipping. Glasses that have been broken (they don't respond well to being sat on), or had the cord chewed by a pet or vacuum cleaner, we will repair for $10 plus shipping. If they are broken so badly that the circuit board is damaged, we cannot repair them. Include a note as to what the problem is, a legible return address, daytime telephone number, a credit card number and expiration date. We strongly suggest that you insure the package prior to sending it in. We will repair and return the unit to you via UPS ground after charging the cost to your card. If we can not repair the item, we return it to you at no cost to you.
