Use of the SST Mind Machine for
Symptoms of Depression

SST - Synaptic Stimulus TrainerThe symptoms of depression can range from feelings of low self-esteem, sadness, despair, discouragement, withdrawal from interpersonal contact, and can also be associated with insomnia and loss of appetite.

Excitatory programs have been used in a clinical setting as a symptom intervention for depression, and were found to increase brainwave amplitude frequency and improve mood.

A recent study found that EEG-driven light stimulation enhanced the alpha rhythm of brainwaves and improved the patients general depressive symptoms connected to cardiac parasympathetic suppression and sympathetic predominance (Kumano, Horie,  Shidara, Kuboki, & Suematsu; 1996).

The SST mind machine may relieve the symptoms of depression and is exclusively available only here at avs-devices.com.

What is Depression?

Some people say that depression feels like a black curtain of despair coming down over their lives. Many people feel like they have no energy and can't concentrate. Others feel irritable all the time for no apparent reason. The symptoms vary from person to person, but if you feel "down" for more than two weeks, and these feelings are interfering with your daily life, you may be clinically depressed.

Most people who have gone through one episode of depression will, sooner or later, have another one. You may begin to feel some of the symptoms of depression several weeks before you develop a full-blown episode of depression. Learning to recognize these early triggers or symptoms and working with your doctor will help to keep the depression from worsening.
